Research-Intern: Brief Background
Since 2014, Jesus has inspired me (Coach Jay) – along with my wife Angela – to run a Research-Internship Program under EnE Ed-Tech R&D Academy – starting with our own three children Justin, Austin and Carina. And through Jesus’ Grace, we have been blessed with an aggregate R&D funding valued at a million-dollars, with the fruits – In Christ (for the Grace-based) – being showcased on this developing website.
Since this is a ‘labor of love’ ministry to help keep expenses minimal, the EnE core-team is currently comprised of a few families, the board of advisors, my wife, and myself. Thus our grass-roots, lower-cost “Mom and Pop’s store approach” will be ‘slower and more casual’ when compared to the bigger corporations out there.
Yet we seek to partner with our parents/guardians (Deut 6:5-7) to provide a safer environment for personal mentorship/discipleship and community-service locally and globally – In Christ (for the Grace-based) – for a ‘priceless’ Research-Internship experience.
Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. Thus after several years of R&D with our core-team, we’re excited to launch this Pilot Research-Internship Program, looking forward to the prayerful collaboration with like-minded families for a synergistic partnership — In Christ (for the Grace-based).
Research-Intern: Promotion Criteria
- New members will start as a ‘Student’.
- Promotion to the next Research-Internship level is based on achieving — In Christ (for the Grace-based) — a minimum of 80% in the following categories for a predetermined time-period (to be verified at a current Family Meet).
- Attendance
- Communications (kindly-honest vs passive-aggressive)
- Service
- Predetermined time-period could be a Module during the Pilot season — with a possible increase to a year-or-beyond as this program grows.
Research-Intern: 3 Levels
- Level 1: Robotics & AI Research-Intern
- Critical Thinking under Personal Mentorship — In Christ (for the Grace-based)
- Curriculum Alpha-Tester
- Critically Test/Analyze for Issues/Areas-of-Growth/Undesirable-Bugs of Curriculum Before being Published to the Market
- Clearly Document Feedback-Report for EnE Staff & Members to Learn from
- Instructional T.A. (Teacher’s Assistant)
- Classroom ‘Reader’ of Assigned Instructional-Content
- Online Chat-Channel Management for Student Q&A
- Curriculum Alpha-Tester
- Critical Thinking under Personal Mentorship — In Christ (for the Grace-based)
- Level 2: Senior Robotics & AI Research-Intern
- Critical & Creative Thinking under Personal Mentorship — In Christ (for the Grace-based)

Research-Intern: Mutual-Interviewing Process
Overall, here is our suggestion for a ‘mutual-interviewing’ process — to seek God’s Will In Christ (for the Grace-based) — for a win-win matchup:

- Step 2: Attend a no-obligation 60’ Family-Orientation Video-Meet: Prospective-Student and All Parents/Guardians Strongly-Invited to Attend. Key Logistics will be discussed, such as:

- Research-Intern Details
