• NDA
  • Since this is partly an EdTech R&D company, an NDA must be signed by both students and all parents/guardians
• Expectations
  • Class Session is 75′ @ twice-per-month
    • The ‘Off’ Month is Lab-Time for Tech-Support, Make-up, Special Projects, etc.
    • Commitment is per quarter, ideally for 1 calendar year – understanding summer can be busy with family vacations/trips
  • For every 1 hour of session, there – ideally – is 1 hour of homework
  • 80%+ attendance is recommended (make-up is allowed, but student must schedule (min) 1 day in advance @ staff’s office-hours
  • 80%+ communication (emoji-confirm-read and report-feedback) – ideally yet with exception via a written notice – within 3 days
  • Respectful for Grace-based Activities involving Jesus, such as Prayer, Scripture Read, etc., though not required to participate

  • Customization is allowed given periodic meets with parent(s)/guardian(s)
  • Initially start with 1/month 15′-30′ meet with parent/guardian and student
    • Later can be 1/two_months, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually
